The Challenge
What made this project difficult
The corridor carried heavy commercial traffic that could not be closed, and long rainy seasons compressed the workable programme into narrow dry-season windows.
The Solution
How we delivered it
We phased construction into half-carriageway sections with managed traffic, pre-positioned aggregate from our own quarry 40km from site, and ran double shifts through every dry-season window.
