Graduate Programme
An 18-month rotation across our divisions
Graduate engineers rotate through mining, civil design, site delivery and plant management, supported by a named mentor and a structured certification pathway.
- Minimum second class upper in an engineering or built-environment discipline
- NYSC completed or exempted
- Willingness to be site-based during rotations
- Intake opens twice yearly — March and September
