What made this project difficult
Deep alluvial deposits and seasonal flooding required foundations to be installed within a strictly limited low-water window.
The Solution
How we delivered it
Bored piles to 34 metres were installed from temporary causeways built ahead of the season, with precast deck elements fabricated off-site to compress on-river activity.
